Walk along the dike of the picturesque Linge. You walk through old towns such as Leerdam and Asperen and past Fort Asperen, part of the New Dutch Waterline. Follow the dike and you will pass through Acquoy with its leaning tower, Rhenoy and Rumpt.
In a majestic lotion overlooking the Linge river lies Museum Hofje van Mevrouw Van Aerden – a hofje, or courtyard, and museum in Leerdam.
