Between Lek & Linge
The beautiful nature between Lek and Linge is best viewed from the water. Get on the boat in Leerdam for a trip on the Linge or moor in one of the ports in Meerkerk or Vianen.
Marina Vrijhaven is centrally located in the countryside on the Merwedekanaal and Lek. A beautiful marina with more than 80 places for small and large boats. Various facilities are available, such as toilet and shower facilities, drinking water and electricity, but also various tools (on loan). Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the old town of Vianen with nicer restaurants and various supermarkets.
The Blankenborch harbor in Vianen is just a few minutes' walk from the historic city center, the supermarkets, the street cafes and the tourist information office (VVV). On Voorstraat you will find a bakery for a delicious breakfast or warm meal on the terrace or on the boat. You are allowed to spend three consecutive nights in the Passenger Harbor. Electricity and water supply is available.
The Betuwe is beautiful in all seasons, but unbeatable in spring when the blossom is in bloom. Enjoy a beautiful view during a cruise on board the ships of Rederij Leerdam.
